The Ritz-Carlton Abama is a 160 hectare finca tucked away in Guia de Isora. The island, the largest of the seven that make up the Canary Island archipelago, is just over 300 km from the African coast, and about 1.300 km from the Spanish Mainland. The 459 bedrooms and suites are arranged between the Citadel and Villas, and feature private terraces, all of which have glorious views over the gardens, mountains or ocean. The majority of the rooms are located in the Citadel, which combines ethnic and Moorish architecture with asymmetrical structures and earth coloured walls.
