Upon arrival at the Hotel, all guests will receive a complimentary Kit which includes antiseptic gel, masks, sanitizing wipes, and gloves. Moreover it will be followed a specific health protocol as follows:

1. Contactless check in process;
2. All internal & external common areas are frequently disinfected with covid-free certified products;
   
3. Prior to every check-in every room is cleaned with Kärcher steam cleaners;
   
4. All staff members are trained with WHO hygiene advices (keep distances, wearing mask, frequent hand washing);
