Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the decor and cleaning of the property in compliance with company policies, standards and procedures;
• Under the direction of the Housekeeper, she takes care of the cleaning of rooms within the established times, respecting the LQA method and standard;
• Responsible for the good maintenance of the service offices and their supply of equipment (linen, bathroom amenities, cleaning utensils, detergents, etc.).
• Responsible for taking care of the personal property of guests within their environment;
• Responsible for taking care of company assets;
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, anticipating their needs, with the Housekeeper and colleagues.

Skills required:
• Communication skills: communicates clearly and appropriately with a positive effect on her role and activity.
• Emotional intelligence: she is attentive to the needs and emotions of the guests and colleagues, adapts her style to them. She is able to manage her emotions in difficult situations.

The valet takes care of supporting the chambermaids in cleaning the rooms and common areas.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
It takes care of the cleaning of the rooms and common areas in support of the chambermaids, following the directives of the Housekeeper and company standards; he will have to support the laundry and will supply the offices with linen, amenities etc; he will also take care of cleaning the staff house and changing rooms.

Skills required:
Collaboration, effective communication, technical skills.

It requires:
• Previous experience in this role;
• Basic English level;
• Flexibility on work shifts and willingness to work on holidays;
• Attention to detail;

The Ashbee Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Manager for the 2021 summer season of this wonderful 5-star luxury property in one of the most prestigious areas of Italy, for the Michelin Starred St. George Restaurant by Heinz Beck.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient management and profitability of the restaurant and outlets according to standards and procedures.
He/She must ensure the satisfaction of the guests by monitoring and verifying the dishes, the offer of drinks and the service.
He/She must have excellent relations with both guests and colleagues.
Relations with the F&B Manager must be constant every day.

Main tasks and responsibilities of Restaurant Manager:
• The Restaurant Manager must guarantee the happiness and satisfaction of guests by complying with company policies and service standards, keeping them at the highest levels;
• He/She must be able to align with the company philosophy by creating authentic and unique experiences for the guests;
• He/She shall accomplish the restaurant’s human resource objectives by orienting, training, planning, educating, advising and disciplining employees;
• He/She will be responsible for the restaurant and room service staff;
• He/She will work closely with the F&B Manager;
• He/She will be responsible for inventories;

• Certified as a professional sommelier and/or preferred study paths on gastronomy;
• Preferential evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops;
• Skills in using computer equipment;

The Ashbee Hotel is looking for a Chef de Rang for the 2021 summer season to include in its own team for the tasks of the room/bar department who can offer high levels of service to guests in a welcoming atmosphere, respecting their privacy and anticipating their need. Training in the wine sector and bar skills represent a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Autonomous management of the food & beverage service of the Restaurant, Room-Service, Bar, in compliance with the health and hygiene regulations in force and company standards;
• Active support to the Maitre in the adding of new resources to speed up their entry into the company and coordinate and monitor the work of the commis de rang in their department;
• Respond quickly to all service requests, from the set-up of the restaurant before the arrival of the guests, up to the experience during the service, anticipating their needs;
• Monitor and control all inventories, materials and equipment supplied;

Skills required:
• Proven experience in a similar role in structures of the same level and knowledge of the relevant regulations hygiene (HACCP);
• Use of management systems;
• Guest orientation, proactivity and organizational skills;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian, English and a second foreign language;
• Predisposition to interpersonal relationships, empathy and sensitivity to corporate standards;
• Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and problem-solving skills;
